Description of Area:

A bunch of potential, but the main reason to visit this spot is to give "black feather" a rip. A classic Duluth rope climb that must be climbed if you're in the 5.10 range for climbing. It may be a crack, but trust me, you can lay back this whole thing if your crack climbing skills aren't up to snuff. Bolts up top make set up a breeze.

Directions/access to area:

Park at M&H gas station off of Michigan St. and hike up towards the cliff. Once you hike up the small hill to the bottom of the cliff band, head climbers right till the band starts to mellow and you can get on top of it and use the SHT trail to take you to the top to setup your anchor.

Mountain Project Beta:

Click here to go to the Mountain Project page for this location. The Duluth Mountain Project pages could use some serious love via better pics, better descriptions, and general updates; so if you feel like helping inform everyone, a little time and effort would be much appreciated!

Photo Dump:

Having killed off the "socials," this is my way to have some pics of the various crags out there to hopefully get you amped and ready to go crush at a local crag. Enjoy!
